2019 Andreoli Engineering Trailed Sprayers Eco Vac 2000
ECO VAC is the series of trailed sprayers for the professional management of the chemicals applications on all types of orchards.
The new range of VAC blowers, fully in stainless steel, is equipped with an innovative high efficiency air correction system that eliminates completely the swirl and allows an even and symmetrical application, a very strong penetration into the vegetation, the best resistance to the wind and low drift.
VAC has a large front suction, ensuring a clean application, avoiding re-circulation of chemicals mist and suction of leaves and dust.
All VAC sprayers are available with road homologation.

VAC BLOWERSThe new range of VAC blowers is fully in stainless steel AISI316L to be corrosion-proof against all chemicals used for agricultural or industrial purposes.
VAC has a large front suction, ensuring a clean application, avoiding re-circulation of chemicals mist and suction of leaves and dust.
The double air outlet ensure the usage of 100% of the airflow generated by the fan.
VAC blower has a perfect system of guide vanes that eliminates completely the swirl and allows an even, symmetrical application, a very strong penetration into the vegetation (also directed to the top of the trees) and the best resistance to the wind.
VAC is available with fan diameters of 896 and 997 mm, and are manufactured with different shapes, according to the type of vegetation.
CHASSISFully laser cut chassis and rear bumper in AHSS Advanced High Strength Steel.
The closed sections stringers lead to a superior strength and stability of the chassis, the rounded shape of the edges in contact with the tank prevents any possible damage to the fiberglass and grants the best reliability over the years.
The chassis, the rear bumper and all other steel parts are hot galvanized. A solid steel frame fixed to the rear part of the chassis protects the lower part of the conveyor.
TRANSMISSIONFan gear box: 2 speed + neutral, exclusive design for our machines. Extended main body and big bearings ensure extreme reliability and long-lasting.
ECO VAC DISINFECTIONVAC DISINFECTION trailed sprayers are characterized by specific solutions designed for industrial use in poultry houses or farms disinfection in general.
- Special chemicals pump for disinfectant chemicals.
- VAC 896 blower.
- 5 single no-drip horizontal nozzles and 3+3 single no-drip adjustable cone nozzles for floor and walls washing.
- 2 single no-drip nozzles for wheel washing.
- Stainless steel hose reel with high pressure gun.
- Additional powder painting treatment on all hot galvanized steel parts of the chassis.
